We have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase.

Returns that have not been requested and approved in advance will not be accepted.
You are responsible for shipping costs which are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or worn lingerie, underwear, or swimwear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card providers processing times may vary to post the refund.
